A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The head forms quickly and persists with fine, even lacing that clings to the glass throughout. Carbonation is visible and lively, creating a gentle effervescence.

The nose opens with clean, cracker-like grain notes from Australian malted barley, complemented by a subtle honeyed sweetness. Behind these foundational aromas lies a dry herbal quality with faint resinous undertones from the noble hop varieties, creating an overall impression of restraint and balance.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is light and grainy on entry, with the Queensland cane sugar contributing a delicate sweetness that remains understated. The mid-palate develops a pronounced herbal and hoppy character, building toward a firm, persistent bitterness that defines the beer's structure without overwhelming the malt foundation.
