Leap presents a warm, light straw color beneath a dense, persistent haze—the visual hallmark of aggressive dry-hopping. The thick, creamy head clings to the glass with visible lacing, while the suspended haze diffuses light throughout the body. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft, pillowy presentation rather than sharp effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose erupts with saturated tropical aromatics: prominent mango nectar and pineapple juice dominate, supported by papaya and subtle stone fruit. This hop-driven bouquet carries mouth-watering intensity without harsh resinous or herbal edges. Secondary notes of citrus pith emerge on closer inspection, while a whisper of sweet malt provides grounding without competing.

Entry is remarkably soft and creamy, with tropical fruit flavors mirroring the aroma—mango and pineapple lead the palate. The mid-palate maintains this fruit-forward character while a focused, controlled bitterness emerges, preventing any harshness and preserving drinkability. The creamy mouthfeel buffers the 8.6% alcohol, allowing hop character to remain the focal point throughout.
