Sun Dance presents a pale golden hue with a soft, cloudy appearance from suspended yeast and grain material. The head is substantial and creamy, with good retention and lacing down the glass. Carbonation is present but restrained, allowing the turbid character to remain the visual focus.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit—papaya and passionfruit dominate, supported by soft citrus notes and subtle berry undertones. The Krush and Idaho 7 hops deliver a clean, grassy edge without aggressive intensity. Beneath the hop character, a gentle grain sweetness and oat malt contribute a soft, approachable foundation.

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with the oat and wheat malts providing a silky mouthfeel. The palate unfolds with citrus and berry fruitiness, while the 40 IBU bitterness remains measured and integrated rather than assertive. Mid-palate shows a pleasant balance between malt sweetness and hop-driven flavour, with lemon and subtle floral notes emerging as the beer warms.
