◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity, the beer catches light cleanly in the glass. A thick white head forms on the pour and clings to the rim with visible lacing as you drink. The carbonation appears well-integrated, creating fine bubbles that sustain the foam structure.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and clean, allowing the noble hops to come forward without aggression. Saaz presents a subtle herbal and slightly spicy character, while Magnum provides structure without dominating. A whisper of bready Malz rounds out the bouquet, with no sulfur or yeast noise present.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters light and crisp, with minimal sweetness and excellent balance. Mid-palate delivers a mild noble-hop bitterness that feels refined rather than sharp, supported by a clean, dry Malz foundation. The beer finishes on the hops with a lingering but not aggressive bite that keeps the profile bright.

The aftertaste is dry and hoppy, with noble-hop spice persisting gently on the palate. The long lagering period has polished away any harshness, leaving a smooth, refreshing conclusion.
