New England Pale

KI-generiertes Sensorikprofil für New England Pale

◎ Aussehen

Hazy golden-amber in the glass, with a pale straw undertone that speaks to the beer's restrained strength. The pronounced cloudiness derives from both the malted oats and the dry hop character, creating a soft, diffuse appearance rather than a bright one. A modest but persistent white head forms, with fine Schaumkleiden clinging to the glass as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright pineapple and fresh tropical fruit from the Sabro dry hop, undercut by a creamy coconut richness that rounds the top notes. Beneath sits a gentle, soft malt sweetness from the oats—grainy and slightly fluffy, with no harsh or sharp edges. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with the American yeast providing a neutral backdrop that lets the hop expression lead.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and full-bodied for a 3.4% beer, the oats delivering that promised fluffy mouthfeel without weight or cloying sweetness. The mid-palate balances gentle malt sweetness against moderate hop bitterness (40 IBU) and the lingering tropical fruit from Sabro, which persists as a pleasant coconut-pineapple thread. The bitterness is neither sharp nor astringent, but clean and measured, allowing the malt and adjunct character to remain prominent.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and clean, driven by the American yeast strain, with residual pineapple and coconut notes fading gently over a short to medium duration. No harsh dryness or lingering bitterness; the beer closes soft and refreshing.
