◎ Aussehen

Deep amber hue with excellent clarity and a bright, burnished glow to the light. A dense, off-white head settles into a thin collar with strong lacing that clings to the glass as the beer is consumed. Carbonation is gentle and persistent, creating a soft, refined visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced caramel sweetness and toasted breadiness, characteristic of Vienna-style kilning. Subtle honey notes emerge beneath, while the malt foundation carries a soft, biscuity warmth without any sharp alcohol presence. Clean fermentation allows the Malz character to remain foreground, with gentle noble hop spice in the background.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and full-bodied for its 5% ABV, leading with caramel malt sweetness across the mid-palate. Toasted, bready notes build structure, while a light honey undertone adds depth without cloying. Bitterness is restrained at 25 IBU, allowing the malt to dominate; the finish transitions cleanly toward dryness.

◑ Abgang

Clean and dry, with caramel notes fading into a crisp, refreshing aftertaste. The departure is medium in length, leaving the palate pleasantly composed and ready for another sip.
