Carbonation appears moderate and even, supporting the soft, slick mouthfeel contributed by the oat bill.

The nose opens with bright Simcoe-driven pine and freshly cut grass, grounding the profile in vegetal freshness. Beneath lies a soft tropical sweetness—hints of mango and nectarine—while the Citra, Mosaic and Azacca dry hop blend introduces sticky pineapple and blueberry notes that soften the initial resinous character. Wheat and oat contribute a faint grainy undertone without dominating.

Entry is smooth and approachable, with the oat and wheat malt providing a silky, slightly creamy body. Mid-palate develops tropical stone fruit—pineapple, nectarine, subtle blueberry—balanced by moderate bitterness and herbal pine notes. The finish turns drier and more resinous, with lingering pine and grassy hop character asserting itself without harsh astringency.
