Pours a clear pale gold with bright transparency and minimal sediment. The head is thin and dissipates quickly, leaving sparse lacing on the glass. Carbonation is moderate, creating a gentle stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and inviting, leading with soft notes of fresh bread and cereal grain from pale two-row malt. Beneath, a delicate layer of herbal, spicy and floral hop character emerges—the Mount Hood, Hallertau, Sterling and Millennium varieties contribute gentle noble hop aromatics without assertiveness.

The palate is light and crisp, with a clean malt foundation that echoes the breadiness of the nose. Bitterness is restrained at 22 IBU, sitting well below the threshold of aggression; hop bitterness integrates as a balancing force rather than a dominant flavor. The body remains lean throughout, offering no astringency or cloying sweetness.
