O'hops presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with visible lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a steady stream of small bubbles that maintains the foam structure throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with clean, herbaceous hop character, immediately evoking citrus zest and soft tropical fruit notes—orange and stone fruit impressions. A subtle biscuity malt foundation sits beneath, allowing the noble hops to remain the primary focus without overwhelming the palate's senses.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and refreshing, with a clean malt sweetness balanced by moderate bitterness that arrives early and builds gradually. Mid-palate shows the citrus and tropical hop character again, with a crisp, dry sensation that prevents any cloying sweetness, while restrained bitterness lingers without aggression.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with hop bitterness fading to a subtle citrus fade that doesn't overstay its welcome. A refreshing, quenching quality remains—true to the brewer's intent of an everyday-drinking IPA.
