Pale golden-amber hue with exceptional clarity and bright luminosity throughout. A dense, fine-grained white head forms on the pour and clings persistently to the glass walls, leaving distinct lacing as the beer descends. Carbonation appears measured and even, sustaining the head without aggressive effervescence.

◌ Aroma

Noble hops dominate the nose with restrained floral and herbal notes—Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Spalter Select contribute a refined spice character without aggression. Beneath this lies a clean, understated malt foundation with subtle bread-grain sweetness. The overall impression is elegant and dry, with no yeast esters or off-notes apparent.

Entry is smooth and malty, with gentle bread and grain flavors establishing the palate. Mid-palate develops a crisp, noble-hop bitterness that remains refined and integrated rather than prominent, balancing the light Malz sweetness. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a slight mineral dryness that encourages the next sip.

The aftertaste is brief but complete, fading to a dry, hop-forward fade with residual bread-grain notes lingering gently. No harshness or excess alcohol presence.
