The nose opens with pronounced fruity esters—subtle bubblegum notes alongside stone fruit—interwoven with gentle spicy phenols characteristic of the saison yeast. A whisper of herbal and floral complexity underlies the fermentation character, with no harsh sulfur or oxidation.
