The nose leads with soft malty sweetness and toasted grain character, evoking buttered toast and biscuit as the beer warms slightly in the glass. Beneath this foundation, red and stone fruit notes emerge—dried apricot and plum—derived from clean yeast fermentation rather than hop character. Herbal and floral hops remain subdued, allowing the orchard fruitiness to establish itself as the secondary aromatic driver.

The palate opens with gentle malty sweetness and caramel notes, building a full-bodied foundation without heaviness.
