A pale blonde pour with pronounced haze throughout the body, created by suspended yeast and protein-rich grain. The dense, creamy head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine strands of lacing. Carbonation is lively but restrained, typical of a well-conditioned ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright stone fruit—peach and melon dominate the top notes, backed by a resinous, piney character from the generous Strata dry hopping. Floral notes weave through, suggesting lavender and herbal spice, while tropical fruit undertones add depth. The overall impression is clean and vibrant, with no yeast-derived funkiness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with the fruit-forward character of Strata immediately taking the lead. The mid-palate develops a pleasant juiciness reminiscent of fresh fruit juice, balanced by gentle resinous bitterness and subtle floral notes. At 45 IBU, bitterness remains restrained and integrated, never dominating the fruit expression. Oats and barley flakes provide a smooth, creamy mouthfeel without heaviness.

The finish is crisp and refreshing, with bitterness fading quickly to leave a lingering peach and melon character. Clean drying on the palate encourages another sip.
