Fragrant citrus lift dominates the nose—orange zest and lemon peel rise clearly above a soft, approachable wheat-malt base. Noble hop character is restrained but present, adding a herbal whisper beneath the fruit. Clean fermentation leaves no yeast funk; the overall effect is crisp and inviting rather than assertive.

The palate opens with a light, silky wheat-malt sweetness on entry, followed by a well-defined citrus character that rides through the mid-palate without dominating. Bitterness is gentle at 18 IBU, providing balance and definition rather than any harsh edge.
