The head builds quickly and clings to the glass with moderate persistence, leaving a thin film of lacing on the walls. Carbonation appears gentle, allowing the suspended matter to remain visibly suspended throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—layered over a pronounced herbal and resinous pine character from the Centennial and Chinook hops. Beneath the hop-forward aromatics, soft wheat notes emerge, adding a grain-forward sweetness without harshness. A subtle tropical quality appears on deeper inhalation, hinting at stone fruit undertones.

The palate opens with the same citrus and pine intensity found on the nose, with Citra and Amarillo hops providing ripe grapefruit and tangerine notes. A creamy mouthfeel, built from the oat bill, rounds the bitterness and provides body without heaviness. The moderate 50 IBU sits cleanly in the mid-palate, finishing with a dry, slightly peppery hop bite rather than lingering sweetness.
