Stellar Jay pours a hazy golden-amber with excellent turbidity that showcases the beer's intentional cloudiness. A thick, creamy white head forms and persists nicely, while the generous carbonation creates a soft, pillowy texture that defines the style.

The nose is dominated by bright tropical fruit esters—ripe mango and pineapple lead, with supporting notes of citrus zest from the Citra and Mosaic hops. A subtle grainy malt sweetness provides balance without any sharp hop bite in the aroma.
