Flash Cat

◎ Aussehen

Flash Cat presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, opaque character that speaks to its cloudy nature. The beer displays fine, stable carbonation with a creamy white head that offers moderate lacing on the glass. The suspended yeast and hop matter create a soft, diffuse appearance characteristic of the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by vibrant tropical fruit notes—mango and passionfruit—layered with bright citrus pith and subtle melon undertones. Columbus, Citra and Galaxy hops work in harmony to create an inviting, fruit-forward profile without harsh resinous edges. A gentle sweetness from the malt base provides balance to the aromatic intensity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with juicy, fruit-driven character that transitions smoothly through the mid-palate, where citrus and stone fruit flavors unfold. Bitterness sits at a moderate 50 IBU, providing structure and definition without overwhelming the delicate fruit expression. The medium body feels silky and refined, allowing hop flavor to shine while maintaining excellent drinkability.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and silky, with tropical and citrus notes lingering gently on the palate. The beer concludes without harsh astringency, leaving a refreshing, dry impression that invites the next sip.
