◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with a soft, diffuse haze from suspended oats and yeast—clear enough to read through, yet deliberately cloudy. A white head forms readily and holds with gentle cling to the glass. Fine carbonation sits beneath the surface, contributing to a creamy visual texture.

◌ Aroma

The hop blend of Sabro, Waimea and Nectaron dominates with bright tropical stone fruit—ripe pineapple, peach and apricot layer through the nose. Underneath, a soft oat sweetness and light grainy backdrop frame the hops without asserting themselves. The aroma is clean and inviting, free from harsh green notes or resinous edges.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and rounded, the oat backbone building a creamy mouthfeel that belies the 4.4% strength. Mid-palate mirrors the aroma—pineapple and stone fruit persist with a light, supporting malt sweetness. Bitterness remains moderate and balanced; the Edelhopfen provide structure without dominating, allowing the fruity character to remain prominent through the swallow.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and fairly short, the carbonation helping carry the fruit through without lingering heaviness. A light drying sensation and faint stone fruit memory remain on the palate.
