◎ Aussehen

A pale golden haze dominates the glass, with the suspended yeast and proteins creating a soft, cloudy veil rather than crystalline clarity. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass in fine, delicate lacing. Carbonation is gentle and persistent, evident in a fine stream of bubbles that sustains the beer's approachable character without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft tropical and stone fruit notes—mango and peach sit alongside subtle berry undertones. Beneath these fruit impressions lies a gentle caramel sweetness from the Malz, grounding the aromatic profile without heaviness. Noble hop character is present but restrained, lending herbal complexity rather than citrus punch or resinous intensity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a juicy, fruit-forward character that merges tropical and berry flavours in soft suspension rather than distinct waves. Creamy caramel sweetness balances throughout the mid-palate, building a rounded, approachable body. Bitterness is minimal and well-integrated, allowing the interplay of fruit and malt sweetness to dominate without any harsh edges or astringency.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and brisk, moving away from the glass with a gentle fade rather than lingering intensity. A whisper of fruit and caramel sweetness persists briefly, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
