The head is moderate and exhibits good adhesion to the glass, leaving a delicate lacing as the beer is consumed. Fine carbonation is evident throughout the body, contributing to a lively but not aggressive visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose presents soft bready notes from the base malt, complemented by a subtle yeasty roundness that derives from the living yeast suspension. Noble hop character is restrained, allowing the malt and yeast to occupy the foreground without sharp or assertive aromatics. The overall impression is inviting and approachable rather than complex.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and fine-beaded on the palate, with gentle bready malt character and a soft, round mouthfeel from the yeast. The mid-palate maintains this balance, remaining light and clean without heaviness. Bitterness is noticeably restrained at 22 IBU, finishing with equilibrium between malt sweetness and a light, elegant hop presence rather than any sharp edge.
