The nose opens with a pronounced malty sweetness balanced by spicy, biscuit-forward notes. Classic pilsner hop character emerges subtly beneath, contributing a faint herbal undertone. The aromatic profile is restrained and clean, reflecting careful brewing despite the alcohol-free designation.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with fresh, lightly sweet grain notes that quickly give way to a firm, grainy bitterness. The body feels fuller and more substantial than the low alcohol content would suggest, with a pronounced dry character emerging mid-palate. Bready, malted cereal notes persist throughout, supported by a restrained but present hop bite.
