Ace of Haze

◎ Aussehen

Pale golden yellow with a soft, hazy suspension throughout, characteristic of the style. The head is modest but maintains reasonable retention, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the cloudy body. Carbonation appears bright and well-integrated without excessive effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright, juicy tropical fruit—stone fruit and citrus notes dominate, backed by subtle melon and stone fruit character from the cryo hops. Fresh herbal and slightly piney edges frame the bouquet, while the malt sits quietly in the background. The aroma remains clean and inviting, with no harsh or oxidized notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and approachable, with those tropical fruit notes translating cleanly from aroma into flavor. Mid-palate delivers a gentle juiciness balanced by a whisper of herbal Edelpilz character, while the body remains intentionally light and feathery. Bitterness is restrained—lingering at 40 IBU, it settles as a subtle frame rather than a dominant force, allowing the hop flavor to shine without aggression.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately short, fading gracefully without harsh edges or lingering astringency. A faint citrus and herb note persists briefly before giving way to a dry, refreshing aftertaste.
