Ghost Orchid presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy appearance, characteristic of the style. The cloudiness arises from suspended yeast and protein matter, creating a soft, diffused luminosity. The head forms with modest density and leaves delicate lacing on the glass as it subsides.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright mandarin and citrus pith, joined by white grape and stone-fruit notes that add juiciness and roundness. Underneath runs a clean, herbal pine character that grounds the composition without asserting resinous sharpness. The aromatic profile remains fresh and expressive, speaking clearly without any oxidative or sharp solvent notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and rounded, allowing citrus and fruit flavours to lead without harsh edges. Mid-palate shows good body and a gentle, layered interplay of mandarin sweetness and herbal pine, with bitterness remaining restrained and integrated. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean, avoiding any drying astringency or aggressive hop bite typical of more assertive IPAs.

The finish glides clean and brief, with citrus and pine notes fading evenly without lingering harshness. The aftertaste remains dry and refreshing, inviting another sip.
