The nose leads with dank, resinous hop character typical of Mosaic and Strata varieties, followed by ripe tropical stone fruit and berry notes that sit comfortably over the grain base. Wheat and oat adjuncts contribute a soft, slightly grainy undertone without dominating. The overall impression is juicy and approachable rather than intensely sharp.

The palate opens soft and juicy, with bright citrus notes of orange, lime, and grapefruit playing across the mid-palate. The wheat and oat addition creates a full, chewy mouthfeel that balances the hop expression.
