Balt presents a pale straw-gold hue with excellent clarity and a bright, luminous quality characteristic of well-executed American lagers. A modest white head forms readily and maintains light lacing along the glass. Fine carbonation creates a gentle effervescence throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and clean, offering subtle noble hop character with a faint herbal suggestion. Soft grainy notes emerge from the Malz base, with no yeast esters or phenolics. The overall profile remains approachable and straightforward, inviting rather than assertive.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and unobstructed, with delicate malt sweetness providing a light foundation across the mid-palate. Residual grain character flows cleanly through without heaviness, while low bitterness (12 IBU) allows the Malz profile to remain prominent. The palate stays refreshingly dry despite the sweetness, with no cloying sensation.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and brief, leaving minimal aftertaste and allowing the drinker to return quickly to the next sip. Clean fermentation character carries through cleanly to the end.
