Old Jubilation Ale

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with distinctive hazelnut and toasted grain notes that set the tone for what follows. Underneath lies a rich base of caramel and toffee, with subtle coffee undertones that build as the beer warms. No spice additions mean the aromatic profile remains purely rooted in carefully selected malt expression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is full and mouth-coating, with pronounced nutty and malty character dominating the mid-palate. Layers of caramel and toffee develop alongside earthy coffee notes that add complexity without astringency. The 35 IBU are present as a gentle backbone, never dominating but maintaining balance against the rich sweetness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and warming, with mocha and toffee notes lingering pleasantly. The 8.3% alcohol is present as a gentle warmth rather than a harsh burn, leaving a smooth, satisfying aftertaste.
