The nose leads with ripe peach and sherbet candy notes, sweet and slightly powdery on the approach. Behind this fruit-forward profile sits gentle herbal character from the rooibos tea, with a subtle woody undertone from barrel contact that adds complexity without dominating.

The palate opens with gentle sweetness before revealing a distinctive nutty quality—particularly hazelnut—alongside dry tea tannins that provide structure. Minimal hop bitterness allows the berry and fruit notes to carry the mid-palate, while soft oak complements the malt backbone without overwhelming the delicate balance.
