Brewing up a storm since 1997. Originally housed at the back of the grand Victorian Marble Arch Inn on Rochdale Road in a 4.5-barrel plant visible through glass windows. Expanded to a railway arch in 2009, then to Salford in 2019. A cornerstone of Manchester's vibrant beer culture for over 25 years. All beers organic and strictly vegan since 2000 — no isinglass finings. Trained brewers who went on to found Cloudwater, Blackjack, Buxton, and Sureshot. Three pubs across Manchester.
