Cliff Quay Brewery
Cliff Quay Brewery was set up by Jeremy Moss, formerly head brewer at Wychwood, and John Bjornson as an offshoot of Earl Soham Brewery. Brewing began in February 2009 in the old loading bay of the former Tolly Cobbold brewery on Cliff Quay in Ipswich, which gave the brewery its name. By 2012 the loading bay was worn out, and the operation moved to an industrial estate in Debenham near the sister brewery, with a shop on site. Since Moss died in 2020, Bjornson has kept brewing his beers.
