Brouwerij Noordt
Brouwerij Noordt is a craft brewery founded by Peter Rouwen and Aldert Weitering in 2015 in the Rotterdam-Noord district of Rotterdam, Netherlands. The company was registered in January 2014 but the brewery opened to the public in July 2015, having taken over a historic former fire station. Inspired by a visit to Brooklyn Brewery in New York in 2009, Rouwen studied brewing technology in Ghent before launching the project. The taproom offers a rotating selection of Noordt beers brewed on-site and the brewery has become a landmark of Rotterdam's craft beer scene.
