Blech.Brut
Blech.Brut is a Bamberg brewing company founded in 2018 by Benedikt Steger, a trained brewer and maltster with a brewmaster's diploma from Berlin who had brewed in London and Paris before starting his own label. It has no brewhouse of its own: the first batches were made as a guest at another brewery, and from 2019 the beers were brewed at the family-run Brauhaus Binkert near Bamberg. Instead of a fixed range, Blech.Brut releases new cans every month, mostly hazy IPAs, with occasional dry-hopped lagers, sours and stouts.
