◎ Appearance

Pale golden to light amber in color with good clarity and a fine white head that holds steadily around the glass rim. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated. The beer presents a clean, bright presentation typical of a well-executed American IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with zesty lemon and lime citrus notes that dominate immediately, backed by tropical stone fruit and subtle herbaceous undertones. Floral character adds dimension without overshadowing the bright citrus foundation. Herbal complexity suggests noble hop character layered beneath the punchy top notes.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and clean with the citrus character carrying smoothly onto the palate, complemented by tropical fruit notes and a gentle herbal backbone. Mid-palate remains refreshing and light, allowing the hop character to express itself without harsh bitterness. Moderate bittering at 60 IBU integrates seamlessly rather than dominating.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and relatively quick-fading, with lingering citrus and herbal notes trailing away cleanly. No harsh aftertaste, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
