Fresh citrus and tropical fruit notes lead the nose, with pronounced grapefruit and stone fruit character from the American hop selection. A subtle herbal undertone emerges beneath, suggesting the native fynbos botanicals. The overall impression is bright and layered without any musty or oxidized notes.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with clean citrus and passionfruit flavors that build through the mid-palate. A structured bitterness arrives at mid-point, grounded by light malt sweetness that prevents harshness. The herbal botanical element provides dimension without overshadowing the hop-driven character, leaving the beer crisp and balanced.
