Throop presents a brilliant pale golden straw color with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is lively and even, with delicate bubbles rising steadily through the glass. Lacing clings to the glass in thin, delicate bands as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose is delicately composed, leading with soft floral notes and white grape aromatics. Fresh hay and a gentle grassy character emerge on closer inspection, underscored by a whisper of noble hop spice. The overall impression is restrained and refined, with no harsh or aggressive notes.

◐ Taste

The palate opens clean and crisp, with a light, slightly bready malt character that provides a gentle foundation without overwhelming sweetness. Gentle bitterness emerges mid-palate, well-integrated and subtle, never astringent.
