The nose opens with vibrant stone fruit—ripe peach and apricot—layered with peppery spice and a subtle herbal character from noble hops. Beneath these top notes sits a clean, dry yeast profile that contributes a biscuity maltiness without heaviness, making the overall impression both fruity and austere.

Entry is crisp and dry with immediate peach and citrus notes, moving into a balanced mid-palate where fruity esters and spicy phenolics intertwine without dominating.
