◐ Taste

Entry is full and malty, with immediate citrus bite and a pronounced herbal-resinous character that dominates the mid-palate. Golden Promise and crystal Malz provide caramel backbone and a soft sweetness that balances the substantial hop bitterness without cloying. The finish builds to a lingering bitter and piney aftertaste, with enough residual sweetness to prevent harshness.
