◎ Appearance

Pours a hazy yellow-gold with excellent clarity for the style, revealing a soft, pillowy haze throughout. The thick white head settles into a persistent collar with good retention and Schaumhaftung down the glass. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus juice and pronounced tropical fruit notes, with pineapple taking the foreground. A light pine and grapefruit character emerges in the background, adding depth without overshadowing the fruit-forward character. The hop expression is clean and juicy, with no harsh green or vegetal notes.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and smooth on the palate, with the two-row malt providing a subtle, clean foundation. Mid-palate brings fruity hop character that echoes the nose, while bitterness remains restrained at 35 IBU—present enough to frame the beer but never aggressive. The cactus water adjunct lends a gentle, almost mineral smoothness to the body.

Finish is short and clean, with fruity hop notes persisting briefly before fading. No harsh drying or lingering bitterness; the aftertaste is refreshing and inviting.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
