The nose opens with herbal notes from the Waldviertel hemp, offering a subtle green and slightly mineral character. Beneath this lies a soft, grainy malt base with light grassy and earthy undertones. The aromatic profile remains restrained and balanced, without aggressive hop assertiveness.

Entry is clean and malty-sweet, with the hemp providing a distinctive herbal middleware that sits comfortably alongside the lager's smooth foundation. The sweetness carries through the mid-palate—approximately 75% of the beer's character—while herbaceous notes from both hemp and the Waldviertel terroir add complexity. Bitterness is gentle at 30 IBU, remaining a supporting player rather than a defining element.
