Block Party presents a bright golden hue with fine, persistent carbonation. The head is substantial and well-retained, clinging to the glass rim with visible lacing. The beer displays excellent clarity, characteristic of its pale malt base.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced tropical fruit—mango, pineapple, and passionfruit notes from the Mosaic, Citra and Azacca hop blend. These juicy, candy-like aromatics sit comfortably atop a soft pale malt foundation, with light floral and herbal undertones that suggest careful balance rather than aggression.

The palate opens with vibrant citrus and stone fruit character that echoes the aroma. A gentle sweetness from oats and wheat provides body and roundness through the mid-palate, before a clean, measured bitterness emerges—never harsh, approximately 60 IBUs—creating an American IPA that honors both New England and West Coast traditions. The finish remains crisp and dry.

The aftertaste is medium in length with lingering tropical hop character and a light, pleasant drying sensation. No harsh astringency or cloying residue.
