Rittmayer Hefeweizen
Ripe banana, apricot and peach lead the aroma, with fine notes of yeast, grain and spice; on the palate ripe fruit, above all banana, peach and apricot, meets malt. Full and soft with a fine freshness, naturally cloudy and light amber, brewed with Tettnang aroma hops, wheat and barley malt. Rittmayer brewed the first Hallerndorf wheat beer in 1988.

Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.
Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
