◐ Taste

Entry is full and juicy, with bright orange and citrus acids rolling across a medium-plus body. Mid-palate develops ripe stone fruit and subtle malt sweetness that anchors the hop intensity. Bitterness emerges measured and integrated—60 IBU providing structure rather than aggression—leading to a clean, lingering finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and complete, with hop resin and orange zest fading gradually over several minutes. Mild warming from the 9.5% ABV emerges only in the final aftertaste, never dominating.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
