◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive grapefruit and bright citrus notes, followed by layered tropical fruit—pineapple and stone fruit—from the El Dorado and Sabro hops. Subtle herbal hemp undertones emerge beneath the fruit, while oats and wheat add a soft, grainy sweetness without dominating. The overall profile is juicy and fresh, with no sharp alcohol burn despite the 8.7% ABV.

◐ Taste

Entry brings immediate juicy citrus and grapefruit intensity balanced by a crisp, clean palate from the wheat component. Mid-palate develops tropical stone fruit and a gentle bitterness (40 IBU) that sits comfortably without harshness, while residual sweetness from the Malz and oats provides body. The finish holds a lingering hop bite with dry, resinous notes that persist pleasantly.
