Master Summer Ale

Tap to rate

A top-fermented ale made for summer, with a clear hop aroma in which fruity and citrus tones dominate, typical of the Czech hop Kazbek and the American hop Citra. Kazbek was bred from a wild Caucasian hop and a noble Czech one and named after a mountain. On the palate the beer is very light, with balanced bitterness and sweetness.

◌ Aroma

The nose is led by pronounced citrus and stone fruit notes from the Citra and Kazbek hop blend, with grapefruit and peach tones clearly distinguishable. Beneath the fruity hop character lies a subtle, clean malt base that does not compete with the aromatic profile, allowing the hops to remain in the foreground.
