Excelent

Czech Republic·Czech Premium Pale Lager
Tap to rate

Excelent is an 11° pale lager first brewed in Plzeň in 2008, from the Gambrinus portfolio. Its trick is triple hopping: the third dose goes in after the boil, as the wort starts to cool, so many aromatic compounds survive. Czech aromatic hops bring a fresh hop aroma with delicate herbal, floral and lightly fruity tones, and the hoppy taste is full and balanced, with a pleasantly lingering bitterness.
