A pale golden lager of light straw hue, reflecting the beer's minimal malt depth at 4 SRM. The body presents excellent clarity with a fine, persistent white head that settles into stable lacing around the glass. Medium carbonation creates a steady stream of fine bubbles characteristic of a well-crafted pale lager.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with restrained noble hop character—herbal and gently floral—balanced by clean Malz notes that avoid any grain heaviness. A hint of citrus brightness emerges from the Edelhopfen, while the overall profile remains crisp and inviting rather than assertive. The absence of alcohol allows delicate aromatic qualities to come forward without the typical warmth of fermented spirits.

Entry is light and refreshing, with a soft Malz backbone supporting a gently bitter hop character that builds gradually across the palate.
