Sklepák

Tap to rate

The brewery deliberately skips the last step, filtration, so the beer shows a fine haze from suspended yeast and a fuller, richer taste. That is how all beer was once made, though it kept less long than today's trade expects. Sklepák is the unfiltered form of Dudák 11 at 11.2° original gravity and comes from the cold lagering cellar. It is sold in 1 l swing-top and PET bottles and in kegs.

The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine lacing, while the carbonation level is moderate and steady.
