Entry is crisp and light, with a clean malt sweetness that recalls bread crust and biscuit. The mid-palate remains lean and refreshing, with restrained hop bitterness (24 IBU) providing balance without harshness. The finish dries cleanly, leaving no cloying residue despite the absence of alcohol.
