Deep mahogany to near-black in colour, with excellent clarity and a persistent tan head that clings to the glass in fine lacing. The beer presents a dense, stable foam collar and fine carbonation that supports the visual density of the brew.

◌ Aroma

Caramel and toasted malt dominate the nose, with secondary notes of dark fruit—plum and raisin—emerging beneath. A subtle mineral quality from the spring water underpins the malt-forward profile, with a clean, yeasty backdrop that does not intrude.

◐ Taste

Full-bodied and smooth on entry, with pronounced caramel sweetness and deep malt character that fills the palate. The mid-palate reveals notes of dark fruit and gentle roast, while a moderate, clean bitterness (22 IBU) provides balance without harshness. The finish remains malty and satisfying, with no astringency.

◑ Finish

Medium-length finish with lingering malt sweetness and a faint roasted edge. The aftertaste is clean and mineral-tinged, gradually fading to a dry malt note.
