◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and light, leading directly into pronounced citrus and resinous bitterness that builds steadily across the mid-palate. The 65 IBU provides significant bitterness without harshness, lingering as a dry, slightly astringent quality. Light body and clean finish keep the beer refreshing and drinkable despite the hop intensity.

◑ Finish

The finish remains dry and focused, with bitterness persisting into a crisp, clean aftertaste. Moderate length allows the citrus notes to fade gracefully without overstaying.
