◐ Taste

The palate leads with a balanced hoppy bitterness—around 60 IBU—that frames rather than overwhelms the malt foundation. Mid-palate brings forward fruity and caramel notes from the Pilsner and light caramel malts, with wheat contributing a subtle dryness and grain character. The finish builds a moderately firm bitterness that fades cleanly, leaving behind residual fruit and a crisp, slightly dry aftertaste.
